When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). When you use the AI Studio, we receive the image you upload, but do not permanently store it — images are passed directly to our AI provider and immediately discarded after analysis. We store the generated text prompts in your history so you can access them later. We also collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and timestamps for security and abuse prevention purposes.
We use your email address to: send account-related notifications (password resets, billing receipts), and occasionally send product update emails (you may unsubscribe at any time). We use your prompt history to provide the History and Gallery features. We use server logs to monitor for abuse, diagnose technical issues, and improve service reliability. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We use Cloudflare Workers AI to perform image analysis. Images are transmitted to Cloudflare's infrastructure for processing under their privacy policy. We use Stripe for payment processing — we do not store credit card details on our servers. We may use basic analytics (e.g. page view counts) that do not collect personally identifiable information.
Prompt history for free accounts is retained for 30 days. Pro and Team accounts retain history indefinitely until manually deleted. Account data (name, email) is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that follow you across websites.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@imagetprompt.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
