By accessing or using imageTprompt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You agree not to use imageTprompt to upload images that depict illegal content, CSAM, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. You agree not to attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer the service, or use automated tools to scrape prompts in bulk without a Team plan API key. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
The prompts generated by imageTprompt are derived from your uploaded image and the AI's analysis. You own the generated prompts and may use them for any lawful purpose, commercial or personal. imageTprompt retains no ownership of your images or generated prompts. The imageTprompt brand, UI, and codebase are the property of imageTprompt and may not be copied or redistributed.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Cloudflare AI), or force majeure events may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds for partial months. If you experience a service outage exceeding 24 hours on a paid plan, you may request a prorated credit by contacting support.
imageTprompt is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, imageTprompt's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which imageTprompt is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
